My name is Patrice Torguet.

I'm Assistant Professor (Maître de Conférences) at Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse (south-west of France).

I teach distributed programming and networking.

My research is focused on Distributed Virtual Reality and
more specifically MMVEs (Massively Multiuser Virtual Environments) and MMOGs (Massively Multiuser Online Games).
I'm a member of the VORTEX research group in the IRIT laboratory.
